I've never seen him before and he did dominate. One could tell the moderator had no clue how control his responses so he could focus on the questions rather than ramble on.

That's why I like the Lerher News Hour as there is more time spent on the issues and the moderator seems to have done their homework on the issues and would not tolerate a shouting match.
