The reason I first thought it was a bad idea for the lawyer is that for every one lawyer we hire they are going to throw eight at us. Plus if you don't think they have thought every senerio through you're crazy. They are all lawyers it's what they do. I'm just hanging waiting for everything to play out.
I made this decision to buy noone else made it for me and based on my own research and some of buckhunters I'm ok with it still. (Until I'm not ok with it then I'll sell and move on)
