I agree with you about the "enthusiastic" factor. Most of us are used to these "gurus" who are so involved in the current silver situation, that we expect this same type of enthusiasm from our CEO, COO, etc...It's probably unrealistic for us to expect such excitement from these guys.
I agree that Gordham did a pretty good job, Chris seemed nervous, and Steve sounded like someone passed away as you stated...

I've never spoken to Heather as well, just email correspondence. Only received her voicemail every time I call. I understand it's pointless and a nuisance to answer calls from so many investors, but she really needs to do a better job IMO.
