FNAT Fully transferable and tradable with my broker's...Many DTC stocks are booming as many brokers don't play games on them as will FNAT eventually... 
Zecco doesn't like pinks any more including FNAT...Sorry to hear that for you,
...the new ruling let these brokers charge for transfering shares of pennies if they want and Zecco is one that latched on to it....Never used them and wouldn't....Bet they would happily just take them off your hands at no charge to you...
