I have no clue who GDSM/WSRA are or will be using. I though WSRA had their own CPG and engineers but I could be wrong.
SRK is one of the top international mining engineering/consulting companies and xxx likely needs a company of that caliber.

For the Gold Star placer mine, they do not need someone like that. When they get to the Gold Crown, a hardrock claim, they might.

A detailed schedule from GDSM/WSRA would be nice and would calm the investors anxiety. This could simply be posted on either website and easily corrected if they hit delays.
