Completely hypothetical question here:

IF Mr Scott was to land a nice, big contract in say...California, would he most likely already have the resources in place to carry out that contract? I'm thinking along the lines of the Florida school deal (contract announced, oh yeah...we also merged a solar company into the fold which gives us all of the licenses we need to do the work in Florida). Just saying....
