I agree. When the news hits of the Next 1 Realty spin off, we should see a nice pop. I'd say back to .001.

If that ends up working, then we may see some improvements in NXOI's bottom line (like actual revenues). We'll have to wait and see how profitable the Real Estate model model is.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
