I've read this but if Al didn't bring the OK leases would they have still brought him on? Since the OK leases status is unknown I wonder if they're going ahead with that at all. I do know for a fact Al had only about 6 weeks left on the lease before it expired. (with no one to drill it!)AERN would have had to pay a new fee and sign a contract to keep the lease as well as drill it. Something Al could not afford to do on his own. I've been in contact with people he was in negotiations with to work that lease for him before AERN made him a deal.
