the most transparent example is the Greek Bail for a nation that is not even trying to hide the fact that they don't really collect taxes, pay most of those who do pretend to work out of a government, which gets most of it's money selling debt bonds, while holding a gun to their head saying, "if you don't pay, I will shoot the Greek" lol
