S-form submitted is a test run jockying for the big event. The financier is willing to make the loan at higher PPs (NOTE). So if we hit .10or.12 cents the loan terms are the same,up to 10million in PPs value,funds to apply for all field work to take LBSR into Joint Venture. Spelled out pretty clearly.
