is this why AAVGE wont pay accountant because he wont file a new 2009 yearly?

seems the 2 links within this dont bring up the issue, just the way sec releases info.

so fact is still only 1 issue with AAVGE their accountant!!!

Has there been any info released? if anyone has anything that the SEC has released will they post it please?
