hey aj,

put a very key typo in there. supposed to be 23/29 not 23/23.

well all my charts have updated. i added up the weekly charts that have turned up. these range from bpindexes, oscillators, indexes to foreign indexes as well so is a pretty complete picure.
net result is 23/29 have turned up. all but bpcompq is close. that one usually lags anyway. we could just as easily selloff to new lows again, but its a start. whole world is ready to rally, now they just have to do it.
