I don't think we get much protons and alpha (helium nuclei) from the sun, I know of some muon that reach the earth, but all these are quite minimal and they decompose as soon as they are slowed down by interaction with the atmospheric gases. You can calculate what would be the mass increase of the earth if all the sun energy impinging on it was converted to mass (a lot gets reradiated), take 1 KW per square meter as the sun's energy flux and 1 KG is 5.6 10^29 MEV. I don't have the time to make that calculation here.
