I did not say that it would not be tested, only that animal models are not required and the process is less stringent than bringing a new drug to market. Thus it is quicker and cheaper, not fast and cheap if you know what I mean.
I'm not sure that fuse would require pharma partnership to get fuse aspirin on the market, but fuse insulin might be a different story.
