Mdub, This post has bothered me ever since I read it yesterday. I realize that our moronic politicians have regulated many companies out of business. But specifically regarding Fuse's delivery system, I don't see how FDA regulations would come into play. For example, aspirin is and has been approved for use for decades. Just because Fuse has developed a new delivery system-which in fact would alleviate many of the "downside" issues relating to aspirin and stomach bleeding, etc., why would there be ANY problem with regulations or the FDA?
