One can understand why Bordynuik is so angry with the SEC nailing him for fraud. No con man likes those whose job it is to stop them.

Too bad JBI hadn't hired a *real* IR Manager, with the brains and experience to use PR as a tactical weapon in their fights with the law.

Bordynuik should be kicking himself for having instead hired an inarticulate stooge with the IQ of a sack-of-cement.

I suppose there wasn't much choice. Nobody other than a dimwitted chimp, unable to ponder the consequences of being an unquestioning lackey in a stock fraud scheme, would ever take such a job.
