You find it difficult to believe a couple deals worth $650 million by a company that has not paid a mere $4325 to maintain Active Status (including a business license) for over 5 weeks in its state of incorporation?

A company that traded over 110 million shares in a single day...and still remained at No Bid?

A company that continues to issue vague PRs without virtually any verifiable facts?
