With this line from the release:

As I have stated in the L.O.I., MSE and all the business of MSE will remain in Butte, Mt. We also will keep the name MSE Technology Applications, Inc. "
Does that mean the sub of Global that was to acquire MSE, and where we were to get dividend shares, is no longer on the table since they will remain MSE Technology Applications, Inc? Just curious how this is going to play out now.
