What is the governing law that is applicable to this lawsuit?

It's filed in Federal Court. JBI is a Neveda corporation that was doing business in Massachusetts, and now operates out of Canada and New York and has subs in Ohio. The plantiff who brought the suit lives in Pennsylvania.

Its a Federal Securities issue, but I think that the State Law where the Corporation is domiciled can sometimes come into play.

It's almost as if Juicy Johnny made this as complicated as possible in anticipation of this sort of thing.

I was thinking the same thing about 'verification'. If its just somebody signing that everything is true and correct, it seems to be a needless redundancy.
