Sadeghi-Nejad’s article is quite compelling, IMO, except bullet point #2 about what BMY said on its 1Q12 CC. Having listened to many BMY CC’s over the years, I can attest that the doublespeak about BMS-094 on this CC was nothing out of the ordinary.
