And in this case who are the stockholders holding those 52% ? Who voted there ? I guess preferred shares are accounted as common stock by given conversion factor and by the way , the Board of directors has the vote majority ...

Anyway , if you think that the company is giving false information in the last 10k , which has been approved by R.R. Hawkins & Associates International , take it up with the Company or report it to the SEC ...
