choice: So every company in his investment portfolio is on his acquisistion list? Come on...

He very commonly invests in companies that don't have numbers. He invests in seed stage companies - these are characterized by no financials, a one-page business plan, no IP, no revenue, maybe one non-paying client and two "executives." (And that is not a setup for a joke about NeoMedia!)
