Grip, I don't see why what I said equates to believing the YAGI are stupid. They've been receiving shares via dilution for a few years and my assumption is that they will always hold onto the maximum allowable because they view GERS as a good speculative investment (conjecture). If so, any more shares issued will have to be sold, give or take an adjustment to reflect the new share total. Anything else would imply that YAGI sells GERS stock beyond what they have to as they view it as a poor investment. I'd be surpirsed at that outcome.
