Well, if Warren were to make a tender offer for the legit shares then those short would be liable for the number short if any, wouldn't you agree? If a tender offer was announced at say $150.00 per share I would expect the stock would rise to the high $140's almost immediatly. At that point anyone short is going to be getting called imho. Go TEVE!!!
