As far as your .015 within the next 3 months, I'd say that is realistic and would only take one real good PR. But it would have to be substantial, such as awarding of a contract (with an announcement of the actual dollar amount awarded), or news of sales. Not some fluff PR like "we updated our website." Not that AFPW would ever do that...
