Legal Outsourcing Group Severs Ties with City Capital Corporation Due to Breach of Contract
Dear Claimants,
After many weeks of negotiating with City Capital Corporation, we have made the difficult decision to sever ties with City Capital Corporation due to breach of contract.
As most of you know, we have been working on this settlement since January, 2011 and have successfully settled the claims three separate times and have been working on the fourth time since Februrary, 2012.
Legal Outsourcing Group signed a new contract on February 14, 2012 with the understanding that compensation, per that contract, would be delivered soon thereafter. It was our firm belief that we would be able to resolve the problem but after attempting and failing to negotiate a reconcilliation with the current management of City Capital Corporation, Legal Outsourcing Group has made the decision to terminate the settlement process and sever all ties with City Capital Corporation.
After settling approximately one third of the known claims against City Capital Corporation by the end of March, 2012, Legal Outsourcing Group halted the settlement negotiations because the contract had not been honored. Part of the contract specifically was the block of restricted stock to be allocated to Legal Outsourcing Group for the settlement of the claims that had been negotiated. While we did receive the Power of Attorney to handle these issuances through the Transfer Agent, we were never given the stock to follow through and issue.
Legal Outsourcing Group will be voiding and rescinding all of the settlement agreements that have been negotiated and signed to date, therefore, none of the conditions and stipulations that were included in those agreements will be valid.
While we understand that this may be upsetting to claimants, we are confident that our position will be understood and supported by all of you because as you know, we cannot continue to operate without compensation and support from City Capital Corporation. As many of you are already aware, this is an ongoing problem we have encountered since January, 2011.

We will continue to update the site if any news becomes available. Our goal has been to successfully negotiate and settle every claim all the way through the process but due to the reasons stated above, City Capital Corporation has once again failed the process.
Legal Outsourcing Group is exploring legal options against the responsible parties and will update all of you when a decision is reached. We fully expect that we will be given the opportunity to set the record strait with each of you once a decision has been made regarding the enforcement of our contract. It is important that all of you know that this situation is beyond our control and we have done everything within our power to rectify the situation before reaching this difficult decision.
We realize that there is much speculation and caution everyone that unless you have facts that can be substantiated, you refrain from posting anything regarding the City Capital Corporation Settlement in a public forum unless you clearly specify it's opinion only. As of today, our relationship with City Capital Corporation is over and we are now free to speak to claimants and offer information to each of you so that you better understand why the process has failed again.
