I'm sure NDA is your standard NDA that exists between sub (API) and the prime. It is standard in contracting. I know because I am a contractor that works for a sub under a prime.
As far as the possibility of a merger or buyout, AFPW does look more attractive to a company like Ingenium for a buyout. They offer a proprietary technology that would possibly be cheaper to buy than lease.
But, that is all contingent on the size of the Navy contract, and the potential future revenue.
