You ask several important questions. None of us has good answers to them despite a great deal work on the part of a few objective investors such as yourself. These questions and others hang over us and the PPS. I wish that there was more transparency so we could determine what is happening. You pose one possibility; there are others including the revenue is not what we hope/think it is.
I have stated my biggest concern here many times -- the Q1 will be good to great and the PPS will continue decline. If that happens I am hoping that my "model" is correct as the PPS will then right itself once the dilution is ended, which it will someday. If the Q1 achieves our expectations and the PPS continues to fall and it is not the dilution -- then what? I have no idea what else could explain the disconnect. But whatever it is then, it is not likely to be good. That is why I hope that I am wrong and that a positive Q1 allows the good ship GERS to reverse its engines. Otherwise, we will have too much intrigue to suit me.
