Excuse me - I really should have said they say they have a "zero-tolerance" policy. For the most part, that is true. And as I also said, they do a good job.

One of our members said something to the effect of "...look what the ignore button accomplished on RB..." and I guess that's our fear. That it just turns into another RB. That may not turn out to be the case, but if you read the edig board in the last week or so it sure did bear a resemblance.

No easy answers - or solutions, but we do appreciate the effort being made by everyone.
