- The net loss of over $1MILLION\Month, by a company that claims they can make oil from plastic for a total cost of $10\bbl, constitutes "so called evidence"

- The dilution of shareholders through the selling of TENS OF MILLIONS of discounted shares, since its impossible for Bordynuik to raise cash through any other means, constitutes "so called evidence"

- The fact that Bordynuik surrounds himself with sycophantic morons instead of an experienced management team, constitutes "so called evidence"

- That Bordynuik has done everything possible to avoid having an independent Board of Directors, whose job would be to hold him accountable for his F*ups, constitutes "so called evidence"

- That the CAVEAT EMPTOR status, on a crappy tier of the OTC, constitutes "so called evidence.
