I would say that the amount of misleading info and lack of relevant info put out by this company arises to the level of a scam. Where the CEO has no demonstrated ability to run a company except for issuing PIPE's with little or no hope that the shareholders will ever see so much as a nickel in return also rises to the level of a scam.
