"Default" is simple status for not paying the $1300
for a license. Why would they keep it current - only when they are ready to "move in". That is obvious.

REVOKED
DISSOLVED
PERMENANTLY REVOKED
EXPIRED
I'd say "Default" is second best only to "Active"...

I'm just saying we are still in a WAITING Game...
