OTC Markets does not issue a caveat emptor (skull and crossbones) warning simply because a company is late in filing their financial reports -- they use the "no information (stop sign)" category for that.

Would you please give the name and telephone number of the person you say is directly in charge of the MDGC filings so that others can verify what you say you were told?

Val Westergard has been late with almost all MediaG3 financial filings yet MDGC stock has never received a CE warning.
