It's my theory that this lawsuit was brought to fruition merely as a weapon to bring down the PPS. The firm responsible for pulling the strings is sucking up all the cheapies that this has caused. I don't think they care what the outcome of this case is, they're LOADED no matter what. The fear and uncertainty they have created has allowed them to get a great bargain on JBII shares.
