So the guy sold a little over 200,000 shares. The price was mostly under the $1 figure you stated.

Now you see that Mel sold a few shares recently. (for a pittance)

These guys have spent years developing the products, and after years of work they sell a few shares. BIG DEAL!

You are merely trying to scare folks here. The outstanding shares have been relatively stable so it's not like they turned on the printing press and tried to sell millions of shares to unsuspecting investors.

Again no big deal. We could give hundreds of examples of this type of typical activity. What else ya got brother?
