Fidelity requiring a call to place an order on MSLP???

Just tried to put in a limit order, here is the message I got back...

"
Trade Message
(020275) To place this order, please call a Fidelity representative at 1-800-544-3939."

Any one know why? My last buy was on 4/30, with no issues.
