If it were to happen... It would be best to maximize your true valuation value first. This way you dont screw the investors and minimize the multiple of the split. Somebody is buying these shares today and quite possible some of those 100 million for the buyback. Who knows. Allow the shareprice to reach a .09 cents (true value) then r/s to take it to the NASDAQ... Never do such a thing with this type of depressed shareprice especially with the revenues coming in the door....... There is a right way and a wrong way to do a r/s.... Do you know the company heads, are they smart savy individuals, or ignorant when it comes to the markets???
