From my understanding the result were awesome I think it was a 14-1 or 14-0 vote in favor of. The problem was the safety and it was a closer vote something like like 8-7, 9-8. So they put asked ALXA for more information about safety. There is no question about it working, but was some about safety. Most likely they sent off good info, however there is still some worry. Thats whats holding down the stock, come Fri/Mon this stock will either be bust or Bagger.
