Great this is what I think we all want to know, very obvious but will type anyway. Thanks for any information it will be appreciated by myself and others.

1. Who is going to run mindpix as CEO
2. Has Denny Diante physically moved to Orlando
3. How many shares are currently issued and outstanding
4. What is the reason for the S-1 that was filed over 60 days ago.
5. How are they going to bring awareness to the company
6. Do they expect to have any revenues from the music library in the 2nd quarter, if yes how much are they expecting and what would be net profits.
7. How do they intend on raising monies for the companies ie shares or debt?
8. Roxanne Weber resigned but her share position remains the same?
9. Are they staying up with their filings for next financials.
10. Are they really trying to become fully reporting? What is the timeline?
