This has applied for a while and some of the 49ers should feel like they are on a cookstove. I re iterate that filings, transparency and regularly reporting are necessary. You dont need audited finacials to file an 8k as Quasar has last year and will continue to when appropriate

Obviously some interest in the big picture but the little things need to be tended to as well and to the extent it is other pools of interest can participate. Most firms are now putting restrictions on non-reporting companies and it makes any reporting and transparency all the more important.
