HE HAS NEVER SOLD ANY SHARES INTO THE FLOAT PERIOD....

Sorry for yelling It's not my style but geeeeez do some dd.

The shares came from the CD's he issued when he got sick in 2009 to protect his trust and family. He was funding Kmag out of pocket like he is now currently until Kmag which by q2 IMO will have so much cash flow they will begin to fund itself.

Not a share has hit the float since last year when the cd's were fully converted giving him back 100% control.

We are 100% debt free.
