I am sorry but that just does not hold up in a court of law. You stated matter of factly the deal was dead. Now you are clearly showing you were speculating.

If you want to maintain any crcediblity, you should disclose upfront it is only your opinion.

In a recent communique with Chad, he stated that it is still going forward.
