How many of you have read the entire Annual Report and the Proxy?

It makes for amazing reading, especially the proxy and how, among other points, the manner and amount of compensation to Board members per year and per meeting, for serving on committees and for being the Chairman.

small wonder they set up a voting system that does not allow you to vote against a Board member but rather to withhold your vote or not vote "for", then of course, you have to recognize how votes get counted and what that means (PS. it was a major issue back when the old management was deposed and the "White night" aka Nano rode back into town - little did anyone know what a dark day that might eventually lead to, but........)
