Pappa Bush had every excuse in the book for not "taking out" Saddam, pulling the troops, and leaving the Kurds to suffer Saddam's retaliation. So the logical question remains, how do we take out Saddam this time around?? And who replaces Saddam?

The idea of a Western type democracy in a Moslem country is nothing more than a fairy tale. Faith mandates they live in a totalitarian Islamic Republic, under Sharia Law. Their faith mandates they create Islamic govs around the world. Islam and "Western democracy" are like oil and water. Saddam is more secular than others.
