JMKEL, "They all seemed to do it without the panic that seems to permeate the Bush administration." You mean they all rolled over and dodged the real problem with N. Korea. when threatened... Would you have us cave in to their threats now? What will they want next time? Couldn't it jus6t be that this N. Korean problem was exaccerbated by prior Administrations and the current one decided this past Policy of appeasement had to end?
