TelVue has established procedures for stockholders to communicate directly with the Board of Directors on a confidental basis.. Stockholders who wish to communicate with the Board or with a particular director MAY SEND a letter to the Secretary of TelVue Corparation at 16000 Horizon Way,Suite 500, Mt.Laurel,NJ 08054..The mailing envelope musy contain a clear notation indicating that the enclosed letter is a " Stockholder-Boars Communication" or "Stockholder-Director Communication.".. All such letters must identfy the author as a stockholder and clearly state whether the intend recipients are all members of the board or jusy certain specified individual directors..The Secretary will make copies of all such letters and circulate them to the directors addressed..To the extent that a stockholder wishes the communication to be confidental, such stockholder must clearly indicate on the envelope that the communication is "confidental"..The secretary will then forward such communication,unopened ,to the Chairman of the Board of Directors...
