First, I provided a link to the information regarding when it is appropriate/requirement to file an 8K. Clearly, CBIS has failed in that department.

Second, the 10K was bad and CBIS still has not recovered as some said they would.

Third, reduced losses by .08? Not difficult to do when you increased the O/S from 134 Million to 394 Million at the time of the 10K which would spread out the loss and give the illusion that CBIS did not lose as much as they did the year prior.
