Inherited???? He's been more than 2+ years on the job (more than half of his term). Other than the bubble economy, all the rest happened during his time and have been escalating during his time which has seen some of the biggest tax cuts for the rich and the biggest rise in deficit. When does this clueless chimp gets responsibility? I bet you if the economy was doing well he would be all over the air waves taking responsibility for it. So don't give this B.S. after more than 2+ years on the job. Even a new CEO for a company gets less than that...
