I used to handle inverstments professionally back in the mid to late 80's and retired in my 20's. I have been in the highest gaining stocks in history. In pennyland it is rare to find a stock like ICPA. Yes I believe we will be at .25 by mid May at least and headed towards a dollar alot faster than most here expect. JMO.
