Yes, I've been following ICPA for a while now. I would not be a buyer at the current price level however, because the market is extremely overbought and due for a price correction. People who promote stocks make their money by buying low and then when the stock goes up in price, they publish reports on the stock and hold conference calls to get people to buy that stock from them at higher prices. I refuse to play that game. I'll wait until the dust settles and buy it at a much better price. I was a buyer at $0.002. In my opinion, it's time to sell now. ICPA - Daily Candlesticks
